By MuslimGirl.com represents a media revolution, creating an unprecedented level of visibility for the narratives of Muslim Girls and women in Western society. You have been with us since the very beginning and we want you to be the first to know that we are taking things to the next level.
We want to pay it forward. It’s our goal to provide valuable resources to enable Muslim women in reshaping the media landscape, starting with a scholarship fund. Introducing MUSLIM GIRL FOUNDATION, our brand new independent, non-profit offshoot to make MuslimGirl.com’s mission accessible to all Muslim women.
We believe in the voice and power of Muslim Girls. Now, more than ever, Muslim women are increasingly targeted for their religious beliefs and violent hate crimes against them are on a rise, the way we are (mis)represented in the media has a tremendous impact on our livelihoods.
The Muslim Girl Foundation aims to encourage and support Muslim Girls as they embark on journeys to better themselves, their communities and the world. The goal of this campaign is to enrich, support and celebrate marginalized Muslim women with scholarships and mentorship as they change the world. This is what a #MuslimGirlArmy really looks like.
