“One of the most memorable moments for us was the first time we reached the Ka’bah. Despite the chaos of all the Hujaj pushing and shoving us around, the few moments when we were pressed up against the Ka’bah were the most tranquil and peaceful we’ve ever experienced. We were able to let go of all our worries and we knew that everything would be okay. After praying two rakat, we looked up and saw that we were standing directly under the Mirzaab. It was a breathtaking sight.”
