Last night, millions tuned in to the first presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. Naturally, people had a lot to say on the event, and their comments vary from insightful to hilarious. We’ve compiled some of the best ones below.
Race was a major hot topic that everyone was looking out for last night. Many were disappointed with how it was handled, though — including Muslim Girl’s very own Kaya Gravitter.
It says a lot about Trump’s performance that people were more concerned with his incessant sniffling rather than what he actually had to say.
Some people cleverly hinted at the Republican nominee’s recent comments regarding his opponent’s health.
And of course plenty of people went out of their way to fact-check our potential presidents.

While emotions were running high, and the country will continue to be divided by party lines, at least we’ll always have those heroic individuals who just know how to have a good time with the mess that is this election.
