  1. VIRGIN MOJITO

  • 1teaspoon raw sugar
  • 1 lime
  • 1⁄2ounce simple syrup or raw sugar
  • ice
  • 4ounces chilled ginger ale or 4 ounces club soda or 4 ouncessparkling water

  • 4 -6ounces ginger ale
  • 1ounce grenadine
  • 1ounce lime juice
  • 1maraschino cherry
  • 1orange slice
