Trump Has a December Court Date for Raping a 13-Year-Old Girl

The sexual assault allegations against Trump have piled so high, it’s hard to keep track of them all. One particularly upsetting lawsuit lobs multiple accusations of pedophilia against the GOP presidential candidate. The case has largely been dismissed by mainstream media as a crackpot scheme, but considering his rampant misogyny it’s hard to ignore.

A federal judge ordered Trump to appear in court on Dec. 16 — based on a lawsuit filed by an anonymous woman who alleges that he raped her in 1994, when she was 13 years old, The Independent reported. This is the plaintiff’s third attempt this year at bringing the $100 million lawsuit to court, but she finally was successful in early October.

According to the lawsuit, an eyewitness saw Trump and another billionaire, Jeffrey Epstein, rape the plaintiff repeatedly at parties in Epstein’s Manhattan home. Epstein is now a Level 3 registered sex offender, according to The Huffington Post. The witness said that she saw Trump force himself onto the plaintiff four different times.

A federal judge ordered Trump to appear in court on Dec. 16 — based on a lawsuit filed by an anonymous woman who alleges that he raped her in 1994, when she was 13 years old.

As published on Snopes, the testimony of the plaintiff which was attached to the lawsuit describes Trump’s sexual aggression toward her, as well as his threat of killing her if she reported him.

She wrote, “I understood that both Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein knew I was 13 years old.” (The witness corroborated this.)

She alleged that she was paid to attend parties which would help her make contacts to become a model, which is why she moved to New York City in the summer of 1994.

She recounted that Trump sexually assaulted her at four different parties that summer.

She wrote, “On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied me to a bed, exposed himself to me, and then proceeded to forcibly rape me. During the course of this savage sexual attack, I loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but he did not.”

According to her account, Trump hit her in the face, “screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.”

The plaintiff continued, saying that Trump threatened to “physically harm if not kill” her and her family if she told anyone about the rape.

Some people may vote for Trump because of his leadership qualities, but they may not take into consideration his personal traits. A great president is a person who is more than just a leader, they are a role model to future generations and therefore must be held accountable for their past.
