May Your Winged Liner Be Sharp
Step 1: Use a felt tip liner like the one we used from Stila or cream liner to create a wing line. Start slow, and less is more. We don’t want you looking like a raccoon. (Unless you’re into raccoons, which is just weird.)
Tips: For extra drama, add some falsies or lash thickening mascara. Not enough drama for you? Add Jordana Easy Eyeliner in black to your waterline.
