Malik: On the point of what would Malcolm do in a situation like this? Terrorism is not a new issue.. before it was the Muslims, who was it? It was the people in Central and South America, it was the people in Nicaragua. I say that to say, if they were serious about terrorism, then get out of Muslim land.
You have invaded Muslim lands You have occupied and killed their uncles, you’ve killed their fathers, you’ve killed their mothers and raped their sisters. Get out of their lands. 100% withdrawal. And then you won’t have any terrorism, it’s a simple response… That’s all it is.
I mean, there were American terrorists. We saw the Zionists, they were the original terrorists when they invaded the Palestinians. These were terrorists. And they used terroristic tactics to wage that illegal war against the Palestinians and we need to talk about that as we talk about continuity of struggle, and what that means to the Muslim heart, and what that means to the external communities in terms of building broader coalitions as we begin to turn this tide in the favor of Muslims.
We are victims. We’re victims here. How dare you call anybody a terrorist, who has to face down drones, who has to face down M16s and bombs and rifles… This has been going on for 25 years.
