When he’s not dropping bombs on Syria, President Obama can be a pretty funny dude.
During a media briefing at the White House, Obama hit Trump with a low blow, warning Trump that the Presidency “is not a reality show.”
Obama urged the press and the public to use their brains, and think critically about Trump’s statements, but didn’t point out any specific issues or remarks.
“This is not entertainment,” Obama said. “This is not a reality show. This is a contest for the presidency of the United States.”
Meanwhile, Florida’s former Governor Jeb Bush, who was unsuccessful in his bid for the Republican nomination, took to Facebook to write a lengthy explanation on why he will not vote for Trump.
“Donald Trump has not demonstrated that temperament or strength of character,” Bush wrote. He continued, “He has not displayed a respect for the Constitution. And, he is not a consistent conservative. These are all reasons why I cannot support his candidacy.”
Hey, at least some people still have brains!
