Muslim Girl Is Bringing You 30 Outfits In 30 Days of Ramadan

Ramadan Mubarak and welcome to the first installment of MG’s 30 Days of Ramadan Fashion. This series will bring you outfit ideas and showcase Muslim fashion designers and brands.

Each day of Ramadan means major iftars, being at the mosque, family gatherings at home or at a friend’s house. With you just getting into the swing of things, you’re probably looking for something easy and minimal to throw on before you head out.

Each day of Ramadan means that first major Iftar, be it at a mosque, a family gathering at home or at a friend’s house.

I wanted to share with you some easy throw-together pieces that will have you looking put together, yet feeling comfortable. This first outfit is this luxe emerald wrap abaya from Vela. It’ll hide that fasting day bloat and keep you modest for maghrib. Throw it over a white tee, crepe or cotton (we picked crepe) and some black pants. For the hijabis, a black-and-white scarf would be perfect. How about the Hatta hijab, also from Vela?
