Although it’s against the law to stop people from building places of worship, the Department of Justice says more cities, counties, and states violate this Federal law–the Religious Land Use law–than not. Muslims in several cities, including Minnesota, have been denied the right to build mosques. The Muslim community has won several lawsuits against anti-mosque activists, but there’s still a long way to go.
Can we now do the same as Saudi-Arabia does in europe, but vice-versa? Ya know, funding to build churches in Saudi-Arabia?
