By Colin Rand Kaepernick has made headline after headline as the world zoomed in on this American football quarterback when he chose to sit during the national anthem.
From Dwyane Wade and LeBron James to the historical images of the 1968 Olympics Black power salute by African American athletes Tommie Smith and John Carlos, who raised their fists in the air and kept them raised during the national anthem — Kaepernick’s decision follows a long history of Black athletes using their platforms to give a voice to their community in the face of institutional anti-Blackness.
Unsurprisingly Colin Kaepernick has received a lot of backlash and criticism for his actions, with fingers even pointing to his girlfriend, Nessa Diab, who also happens to be Muslim [media isn’t going to let that detail slip are they?] for causing the Football star to protest.
Here’s 10 things the Colin Karpernick’s MUSLIM girlfriend so clearly forced him to do!
1. Wear an Afro
Kaepernick has been sporting a very Black Afro hairstyle recently. We’re starting to think someone’s been whispering in his ear about all the “Black is Beautiful” nonsense I’ve seen floating around.
This unprofessional raggedy look didn’t exist before Nessa was in the picture! I say she’s guilty. He was a nice respectable guy — sure, he looked racially ambiguous before, but he wants to fully claim to be Black now? Unacceptable.
2. Grow out his beard
With the Afro comes the beard — usually clean shaven and respectable looking. Kaepernick’s beard has been looking a bit long on the field, hasn’t it?
We all know Muslim men are identifiable by their beards due to their weird religion. Has his girlfriend been hiding his razor?
3. His pig police officer socks
Kaepermick himself has said that he has family who are in law enforcement and he respects them and the effort they put into serving the public and protecting them all.
So why the blatant disrespect for the boys in blue?
Some may say couples often have shared beliefs and interests — I say, blame the Muslim girl.
Nessa, who constantly is seen re-tweeting news stories of police brutality cases against the Black community in America, surely hand picked these herself. She might have even put them on for him. Such are her overbearing, Muslim ways.
4. Eid Mubarak
Shock, horror, aghast. What is this? A public figure wishing people well on a religious holiday? Like how the President does?
Kaepernick posted “Eid Mubarak” on his Instagram page.
He used a public page, where he can easily influence all his young fans to convert to Islam? How reckless of him!
He criticized the Republican presidential candidate. He criticized the future leader of the free world. That doesn’t sound like the beloved quarterback we all know and love.
Eid Mubarak translates into “Happy Eid,” a Muslim holiday that marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan. Fox news comments on his old bible quote tattoos and now a Muslim holiday greeting?
*Cough* Did someone say, Muslim girlfriend?
5. Malcolm X hat
We all know women are obsessed with looks, am I right? [Cue manly laughter].
Nessa Diab seems to be dressing her man more and more, as he was spotted wearing a Malcolm X hat. Kaepernick is being drawn more and more into this “Black Lives Matter” politics thing. Where will it stop?
6. His criticism of Donald Trump
When Donald Trump proposed possibly banning Muslims from entering the USA in a bid to fight terrorism, because only Muslims are terrorists — duh, Kaepernick didn’t like it.
He criticized the Republican presidential candidate. He criticized the future leader of the free world. That doesn’t sound like the beloved quarterback we all know and love.
On the other hand, his girlfriend has always been politically outspoken about rising Islamophobia in America. Put your thinking cap on, it’s got to be down to her.
7. Post a picture of Huey P newton receiving his Ph.D.
Diab is known for having posted about the Black struggle and the Black power movement. Then, Kaepernick posted the founder of the Black Panthers on his social media. Coincidence? Some may say couples often have shared beliefs and interests — I say, blame the Muslim girl.
8. In fact, lets blame her for all his recent Instagram posts with radical Black themes.
Posting about Huey P. Newton, Malcolm X, Talib Kweli, Martin Luther King, Tupac Shakur and the list goes on. That’s too much Black for one Instagram feed, surely? What happened to all the football pictures?
9. Support of Trey Songz and J. Cole.
Kaepernick has re-tweeted pictures of both Black singer Trey Songz and Black rapper J.Cole. wearing “Kaepernick 7” jerseys. It all points to Nessa and her music tastes, obviously. The Muslim MTV DJ has been polluting him.
10. Donate $60,000 worth of backpacks to kids in Harlem and South Bronx.
The couple together donated backpacks to students for the new school year, with Nessa saying they wanted to help give them a fresh start and have a positive outlook when it came to education.
You can accuse them of whatever you want — or you can try to see the positive self love and their generous and caring natures that we all see here at Muslim Girl.
We think Colin Karpernick’s Muslim girlfriend is pretty awesome so far.
Alright, I’m a little confused by this. I know that Kaepernick is a Christian. I’m positive that in general Muslim women aren’t supposed to marry or have relationships with Christian men. Are we sure she’s even a practicing Muslim?
He isn’t a Christian….he is doing what EVERY MUSLIM does…LIE. They call it TAQIYYA, it is widely acceptable to protect islam. Other Muslims consider it HONORABLE to do this….that is how f**ked up these people are.
Nessa Diab forgot to tell her airhead lover boy Colin Kaepernick that Muslims murdered 120,000,000 Africans to get 28.7 million African slaves (the Africans did not go willingly). Of those 11.7 million were sent to the Americas (many went to Brazil) the rest went to Muslim countries to fight in their wars of conversion and to be used as sex slaves. Also Nessa forgot to tell lover boy that Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya compiled a list of all Muhammad’s slaves. The list details Muhammad of having 28 male slaves and 12 female slaves.
