For the past few years, my wardrobe has consisted of a few staples:
OR
- A really short floral dress
Whatever. I’m a complicated person.
I don’t wear hijab, and I don’t tend to mix things up too much. My favorite colors remain black, navy, and grey (but my favorite is camel). I love blending this gender neutral vibe in with my pseudo-Muslimah fashion, particularly around Ramadan. The simplicity evokes a romantic nostalgia of travels to Iran, and throughout the Middle East – simple lines, clean cuts, and staple colors worn by some. You probably already have some of the basics that round out this outfit in your closet, like black leggings. A special shoutout to some ethical Muslim designers featured below: S U B H I T A H A, NOURKA, and Darzah.
1. White Tunic
2. Black Loafers
3. Equality Hijab
4. Black Shirt
5. Woven Bag
I love the scarf, but can we also talk about the denim jacket. Where can I get one?
I got the same one at Cato
Thanks Maria!
