By Yet another hate crime has been carried out against Muslim women by a white male —this time in Columbus, Ohio.
The suspect, who is still unnamed, severely beat Somali-American Rahma Warsame after she came to the defense of another Muslim woman. Warsame, who is a single mother, sustained horrific injuries after she was beaten unconscious by the attacker. She lost some of her teeth and received a number of fractures in her face, as well as severe swelling in her nose.
Warsame is currently receiving treatment for her injuries at Riverside Methodist Hospital, where she is also an employee. CAIR’s Columbus chapter is representing Warsame and treating the case as a hate crime as well as “urging police to arrest the alleged assailant.” Witnesses claimed the suspect, who has reportedly made racist comments to neighbors in the past, was questioned by police but released without any charges.

This assault comes only one week after a white terrorist stabbed three men on a Portland train for coming to the defense of two Muslim teen s— and less than 24 hours after the terror attacks in London.
A fundraising page has been set up in order to help Sister Rahma with her medical expenses as she recovers from the barbaric actions taken against her.

One of the charges against Islam is that it treats women badly. You would think the bigots in Western countries would be falling over themselves to show Muslim women what wonderful rights we’ve been missing. Yet the vast majority of hate crimes are against Muslim women. Guess nothing shows us how awesome western male appreciation is for a woman than getting her teeth knocked out. Or how cowardly western men really are.
This is terrible. If only Somali women were safe at home in Somalia. Instead they have to suffer every day in the US from constant violence and intimidation. Who are the monsters who keep uprooting them and depositing them in the hostile white patriarchy of the USA?
