By According to the United Nations, there are about 800,000 Rohingya in Myanmar that are considered to be among the most persecuted people in the world. Deadly strife between the Buddhist and Muslims has killed thousands and left others hungry and homeless, as their dwellings and families are burned to ashes. United Nations officials confirm and recognize that Myanmar is carrying out the “ethnic cleansing” of Rohingya Muslims minorities as the genocide worsens.
Burma Task Force USA was established by the U.S.-based nonprofit Justice for All to stop the genocide of the Rohingya Muslim minority group, dismantle concentration camps and sustain the refugees. Their didactic campaigns have successfully resulted in President Obama to speak about saving the Rohingya people that are being brutally tortured to their deaths.
Donations to their organization are used to provide awareness and advocacy for the tormented Rohingya refugees in India, Thailand, Malaysia and Bangladesh. And the donations will also be part of supporting an emerging democratic system to ensure that international actions prioritize human rights in Myanmar.

2. Life USA
Founded in 1992 by Arab American professionals, Life for Relief and Development is a non-profit humanitarian charity. It has distributed $350 million dollars in assisting nations, including the U.S., with humanitarian crises and natural disasters.
As the people of Rohingya’s homes are burned to the ground, thousands are left homeless and hungry. Life for Relief and Development is calling for donations to provide emergency food such as rice, flour, lentils, beans, tomato paste, sugar, tea and relief items which include tents, clothing, blankets, hygiene kits, mosquito nets and kitchen utensils to the displaced minorities in Myanmar.
3. Muslim Aid
Since the beginning of the horrendous attacks directed towards the ethnic minority of Rohingya, Muslim Aid has been working tirelessly to establish itself as one of the few NGOs in Myanmar providing food and relief for the half a million men, women, and children involved in this disastrous conflict.
In addition to building urgent clinics and educating 8,700 children, they have established 5,000 homes through emergency assistance for the oppressed people of Myanmar. Yet still, this isn’t enough to prevent the poverty of the refugees and create a safe haven for more than half million Rohingya Muslims that are being ruthlessly murdered.
Since 1993, Islamic Relief USA has been working with a community of humanitarian staff, volunteers, affiliates, supporters, partners, donors as an independent and non-profit humanitarian agency working globally for a better and safer world. For 25 years they have been providing aid in a dignified manner regardless of gender, race, or religion for a world free of poverty and oppression.
Islamic Relief USA has collaborated with UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) to assist internal refugees facing massive food insecurities and shelter due to the genocide. The association’s need for donations and volunteers are growing as the conditions for the Rohingya Muslims turn severe.
Contributing as much as we can to save the innocent lives of these vulnerable children and families should be a priority to every individual as human beings.
Human Rights Watch is a nonprofit, non-governmental human rights organization made up of 400 staff consisting of human rights professionals including country experts, lawyers, journalists, and academics of diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Established in 1978, it is highly praised for its accurate fact-finding, impartial reporting, effective use of media, and targeted advocacy, often in partnership with local human rights groups.
As the genocide of Rohingya Muslims continues, Human Rights Watch reports of “laws-of-war violations, including summary executions, abductions and forced recruitment of civilians, and indiscriminate firing into civilian areas” towards the helpless minorities. The organization continues to expunge such suffering and poverty as much as possible and asks for the help of civilian in any possible amount.
