- Oregon councilor stands by Anti-Muslim remarks. Honestly, would this be #MGProbs if we didn’t have at least one story about #CreepingSharia? Nope. [KOIN]
- Key Carson advisor on Muslims in the US: “we’ve been infiltrated.“ Oh look, another #CreepingSharia article – who would’ve guessed? Apparently after 9/11, there were some calls from Afghanistan to Dearborn, Nashville, etc. Hide yo kids and hide yo wives… we have everyday Americans interacting with everyday Afghans? How dare they not generalize a whole population. [Newsmax]
- Anti-Islam politicians fight the establishment of mosque in Sydney. LOL… surprise? These two Islamophobic politicians feel that creating another mosque is “incompatible with our culture, way of life, laws, and beliefs.” They also banned Muslim immigration and the burqa to encourage “integration.” Whatever the eff that means. [News Local]
This is wrong headline as anti-Islam politicians can only exist in country not having declared Islam as their official religion or not being an Islamic State. Same goes for other religions as well. There are communist/atheist countries where every other religion is not encouraged, therefore the statement emanating from the headline is misleading and can be considered hyperbolic.
Wow, I live in Portland, OR and I hadn’t heard about that first story. Smh.
